2. Declaration of conversion:
All payments will be made in the local currency EUR. For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the Central Bank of Montenegro is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original prices listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Conditions for canceling arrangements and changing dates:
The guest is obliged to notify the Hostel “Izvor” reception by email (info@hostelizvor.me) about canceling or changing the date of the arrangement. Depending on the terms of cancellation of the arrangement, the following percentages of the total price are retained:

• • The guest can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival or unless otherwise agreed with the authorized person. The guest will be charged: the total price of the reservation if he cancels within 3 days before arrival. No advance payment is required, unless otherwise agreed with the authorized person.

5. Protection of confidential transaction data:
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. Safety of data during shopping is guaranteed by the processor of payment cards, thus the entire process is performed in a safe environment.

6. VAT statement:
VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.

7. Payment methods:
It is possible to pay at the reception with payment cards or cash.
Virman payment is possible in the country and abroad.
An additional option is the acceptance of payment cards for the card not present option (without the physical presence of the card).

The payment cards we accept are: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro.

Protection of personal data

NAJ COMPANY DOO-HOSTEL IZVOR is obliged to provide protection to customers’ personal data, in such a way that it collects only necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; informs customers about the use of collected data, regularly gives customers the opportunity to choose about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need the data to perform their work. All employees of NAJ COMPANY DOO-HOSTEL IZVOR and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Statement on the protection of the transfer of personal data

Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2016/679-Regulation and implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation

Monri WSPay, as an executor of credit card authorization and collection, processes personal data in the capacity of processor and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council no. 2016/679 and according to the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation on data protection and data transfer.

Monri WSPay uses SSL certificate of 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection during registration and data transfer.

Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and billing, i.e. in the performance of obligations from the Agreement or on the basis of the Agreement, are considered confidential data.

The following personal data of the customer are required for the execution of the Agreement (authorization and payment):

• Name and surname
• E-mail
• Phone
• Address
• Place
• Zip Code
• Country
• Type of card
• Card number
• Duration of the card
• CVV card code

Monri WSPay does not process or use this personal data except for the purposes of executing the authorization agreement and invoicing.

Monri WSPay guarantees for those who process personal data the fulfillment of all conditions established by the current regulations on the protection of personal data, and in particular the undertaking of all necessary technical, organizational and security measures, and this is especially confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.

Statement on the use of Monri WSPay

NAJ COMPANY DOO-HOSTEL IZVOR (point of sale) uses Monri WSPay for online payments.

Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments, credit and debit cards and other paymentmethods. Monri WSPay provides customers and merchants with secure entry and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmedbythe PCI DSS certificate that Monri WSPay has. Monri WSPay uses an SSL certificate of 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection for data entry and transfer.
